How much does it cost?

We operate a free shipping policy for all our items.

How long does it take?

Items ordered on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered between 3-6 business days, anytime up to 5.30pm. Our standard delivery charge does not provide for next day delivery.

However, thebachelorpad.co.uk relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. We can only offer free delivery to the UK mainland.  For the avoidance of doubt thebachelorpad.co.uk will not refund the Delivery Charge if the Courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

Who do we use?

As thebachelorpad.co.uk utilise several Suppliers and Distributors in order to offer our Customers the most competitive pricing and value, we will employ various Courier Services, including such companies as Royal Mail and UPS. We would advise our Customers to arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date, however as we cannot offer an iron-clad guarantee that delivery can be made on the anticipated date, we ask that our Customers do this of their own volition.

Where a parcel cannot be delivered, for example if no one is is present at the Delivery Address at point of Delivery, you will be notified by the Courier that a Delivery of your items has been attempted and details of how to re-arrange Delivery or a Collection from a Local Depot. Should Delivery or Collection fail, then your items will be returned to thebachelorpad.co.uk, at which point your Credit/Debit Card will be credited your original total cost less Delivery, plus return delivery charges back to thebachelorpad.co.uk.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days.. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. When we have received the item, we will issue a replacement or give you a full refund via your original payment method.  If the item has been deemed to have been opened (all internal packaging open) then we will not accept the return as items damaged in transit.


Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 3 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our team we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.


Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.


If you change your mind (cancellation Policy)

If you have simply changed your mind and you wish to return the item ordered, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can return the item as long as you have informed us of your decision in writing within 2 days of receipt of the item (Will be shown by tracking date via delivery service). The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at thebachelorpad.co.uk, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method, payment can take up to 28 calendar days to be refunded.
